Zucchini noodle chicken salad (Phở bí ngòi trộn thịt gà)

♥ Ingredients:
(4 portions)

1 free-range chicken (about 2 ½ lbs) or your favorite chicken meat
1 brown onion, peeled, cut into rings
2 shallots
1 4-inch piece of ginger
salt
black pepper
4 zucchinis
cilantro, roughly chopped
fresh Thai basil
roasted peanut, chopped
deep fried shallot

For the sauce:
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup red rice wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup water
½ tbsp fried garlic

♥ Nguyên liệu:
(4 phần ăn)

1 con gà đi bộ (khoảng 2 ½ lbs) hoặc bất cứ thịt gà nào tuỳ ý
1 củ hành tây, lột vỏ, cắt khoanh tròn
2 củ hành ta
1 khúc gừng khoảng 4-inch
muối
tiêu
4 trái bí ngòi
rau ngò( rau mùi), cắt thô
húng quế
đậu phộng rang, giã thô
hành phi

Nguyên liệu nước sốt :
¼ cup nước tương
¼ cup dấm gạo đỏ (hoặc dấm rượu nho đỏ)
2 tbsp đường
¼ cup nước
½ tbsp tỏi phi vàng
